What if my payment fails?

When the payment process fails, you can retry by updating your payment details, or change a method of payment. If money is debited from your card but HomeHelpy shows that your payment did not go through, the amount you paid will be refunded back to you through your original mode of payment within 5 working days. Any credits used will be refunded too.
