How do I get ready for my cleaning session?

Appointment reminder
We will remind you of your appointment with our HomeHelper 1 day before the cleaning session is due.
Cleaning tools and consumables
Get ready your cleaning tools and consumable (if applicable). If you are not sure what to get, you can refer to the list of recommended tools and consumables on the HomeHelpy website.
Access to your premise
We recommend that you are home for all bookings. However, if you are not able to be home during the cleaning sessions, we strongly recommend that you are home for at least the first one. If you want to grant access to our HomeHelper without being physically present, you can contact customer service at to do so. However, please note that we take no part in the key-handling process.
Cleaning priorities
Every customer is different, so write down a list of priorities for your HomeHelper. All our HomeHelpers are different, but this will help them to tailor their work to you. Meet and greet
Since it’s their first visit, your HomeHelper may need some guidance. When she arrives, introduce yourself and show your HomeHelper around your premise, keeping in mind the list of priorities you made. This will help you both get the best clean possible.
Payment will only be deducted after the cleaning session ends, and you do not need to do anything.
The easiest way to give feedback is to talk directly to your HomeHelper. We will also also ask for feedback after the cleaning session is done. This enables us to know whether we are doing a good job. If you have any problems, you can also contact our Customer Service team and we will do all we can to help.
