If we find that your service is not satisfactory, what should we do?

Any complaints have to be made within 36 hours after completion of the service. Evidence of any incomplete task or unsatisfactory work has to be provided so that we can address your concerns more effectively. For bedsheet changing, you can check that the bedsheets have been changed to your liking before the HomeHelper leaves your home.
